Friendly and helpful service, the quote was done with easy, and with thier expert knowledge was done beter than we expected, fitments where done and couldn't believe how beautiful the doors are and made to high standard. Value addition to our home.
Poor customer service and communication. Initially arranged them to measure and quote on Wednesday, they never arrived and I reached out to them and did not hear back till the next day. They then arranged another day to quote which was a Saturday and I confirmed via text. We've waited all day and cancelled plans so we can make this happen and then at 2.45pm on Saturday afternoon get a text to say they can only come tomorrow (mothers day). I would highly recommend Barn Project to anyone looking to install barn doors. Selecting and ordering was simple, as was locking in an installation time and date. Chantelle arrived on time as arranged and did a top quality installation of the door. The workmanship and finished product is perfect. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to my family and friends.
We would highly recommend this wonderful Barn Project Team. Service and the finish product were both excellent. Our ensuite is now complete.
