The door is great but unfortunately the customer service was poor.
If you ever need a barn door, this is the best place! The whole process was effortless, once I explained what I wanted, everything was handled with great communication and reliability. They even suggested better ways of doing things I hadn’t considered, proving they are true professionals who know exactly what they’re talking about. The thoughtful gift at the end was a lovely touch. Highly, highly recommend!

The quality ,workmanship and attention to detail of the doors was exceptional, The installation and sales department were very friendly and efficient. They had a wide variety of different styles and sizes. The doors definitely increased the value of our property when we sold it and nearly every potential buyer mentioned the doors at every house inspection.
