Amazing safari animals and tour guide . A bunch of different animals and animal experiences. Friendly polite and patient workers and family fun. 10 outta 10 animals and experience and people. I would highly recommend this place for family's and event plannings. They also do a punkin patch event . Can't wait to do that too . Thank yall for the amazing adventure today .

This place did an event at my child's school. She was so excited about the $22 axoltol adoption kit. There was NO pictures on the order page and now I see why. She got sent home this cheap little $3 toy [I looked it up] that already had a dang hole in it. A complete freaking rip off. Another friend ordered photos that were never taken and another friend ordered photos and they were so blurry you couldnt tell what was in them. Super mad that I paid $22 for a $3 tore up cheap piece of crap.
The tour was awesome and the staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. Worth every penny.
It was so fun all the animals are so beautiful and well taken care of my daughter‘s dream was to swim with otters for her birthday so I planned it. We went and it was amazing. She’s so happy the otters are so sweet and animals there are amazing And the staff can’t even describe how helpful knowledgeable and fun they were. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could it was great I would recommend it to anybody especially if they live around
