I like to train in a team environment and that is very much fostered at Barngym. Strength, functional fitness, conditioning as well as learn to lift and mobility classes are all offered. The gym goers are a fantastic bunch, everyone keeps you going with their determination and banter. The trainers make sure you are staying safe and working at your optimum. I’ve been working out here for coming up to 4 months and have seen huge improvements in my fitness. Having used regular gyms in the past but not enjoyed them, I was keen to try something new. I love the friendly feel of the gym; there’s no judgement, just great advice and expert coaching from a fantastic team. Best of all, going to the gym is now fun!
