Amazing local shop. High quality items for eating and living a healthier lifestyle by people with a true passion for what they are offering. They now started offering prepared frozen meals to go for your busy lifestyle. I also highly recommend stopping by Saturday for some amazing BBQ. The spice rub is so unique and flavorful you won't need sauce.
Everything here taste delicious and so fresh! I highly recommend the Sea Moss - it is honestly the best healthy tasting thing I have ever eaten. The staff is personable and helpful as you look around. They have a market of tasty things to buy - like microgreens (all the rage right now!) as well as meals made to order - like their scrumptious smash burger!
This is such a gem of a shop in Ralston. You just have to visit. They have a great little gifts, delicious food items that are wholesome, and brought in from either other local vendors or made by the owners of the shop, and even great meat options. The bar choices were delicious. I had a very tasty cranberry mule that was made to perfection. And there are tons of great little gift ideas that were whimsical for purchase at decent and fair prices. This is definitely a great little shop to support.🤍
Very friendly staff that made me feel entirely welcome in their store! Their Brisket was fantastic and some of the best I ever had (the photo was all that was left after I was done with it, they sell by the pound) and this is coming from someone who grew up on KC BBQ. Would love to stop in again and check out their selections
