I absolutely LOVE going to the barn! It’s fun and Cole, the trainer is so encouraging and makes you feel like family! I’m more in tuned with my body than I’ve ever been since starting my journey at The Barn!

I have been working with Cole for the last two months. I had reached a point where I just wanted to feel better. Working with Cole twice a week has improved my strength and endurance already. Everyone at The Barn is so nice and welcoming. It is an incredible environment to work-out in.

Cole is my personal trainer meeting once a week. He created interesting workouts that allowed me to improve my upper body strength, flexibility and balance. Cole is always pleasant while reminding me to maintain correct body position. I would recommend anyone who would like to improve their fitness to work with Cole. "

Been working out at barn fitness for a month now and I love it. It is a great learning experience and motivating working with Cole. He push me to do my best in a safe way so I can do better the next time…also everyone that goes there are friendly and willing to help when in need.
