We used Barndoor Event Rentals for our wedding and couldn’t be happier. Taylor, the owner, was incredible to work with — so professional, kind, and made the entire process feel seamless. Holly in the office was also amazing and super helpful with all the logistics. Everything looked beautiful and was exactly what we envisioned. Highly recommend Barndoor for any wedding or event in the Flathead Valley!
We had such a great experience using these guys for tent, tables, chairs, some accessories for our wedding! Great communication, setup crew was awesome, huge selection of things. They were very flexible with changes in what we needed as we got closer to the event. We set up at a private residence and setup crew was great about being courteous of the property, aware of sprinkler lines, etc. Great experience, we'd hire them again for sure!
We had a few hiccups with the barn door rentals company but they were quick to assist in resolving everything. They were flexible with us and had a larger tent the day of to help with unforeseen weather issues, were great at communicating prior to the wedding weekend, and were quick to set up and pick up once they arrive.
We paid about $6000 for our rental (which it probably would have been cheaper to purchase everything new ourselves). The quality of everything they provided was good, however not everything was delivered and we had coordinated and paid an extra fee for early pickup to ensure everything was removed from the Airbnb by checkout time. I am not one to leave reviews but for this I will. I’m a 2025 bride. I loved the rentals listed online for here. I told my professional wedding planner and she spent literal weeks and up to 2 months trying to get in contact with them to set up a time for us to come look at them in person. After constant calling and emails we finally set up a time. We show up in person and we were treated kindly to start.
