I’ve been getting great friendly service from this business for decades! Always friendly and professional… I had moved away so hadn’t been Flores a while but I just stopped by on the way home and was so happy to see that nothing has changed, except of course upgraded equipment. Clean water = no spots!!

I understand that safety is a top priority, and I acknowledge the need for rules that protect both customers and staff. My complaint, however, was not about the rule itself, but about the way I was treated when I explained my medical condition.
