Fabulous experience! I am so grateful to have been today. I don't WANT to leave my kids to workout but I WANT to workout. This was so awesome!! My kids were happy, I got super sweaty, the moms were really splendid people.
Lacy’s classes are the perfect mix of challenging and empowering. She pushes you to be your best while making you feel completely supported. Her cues are clear, her playlists are 🔥, and the energy in the room is unmatched. She has built such an encouraging space at Barn Barre where women feel strong, confident, and connected. Highly recommend taking her class you’ll walk out feeling accomplished every single time.
Barn Barre has been such an amazing find since having kids!! I love that I can do a workout while my kids play in this beautiful and cozy studio space! The owner, Lacy, is so kind and welcoming, and she’s always supporting and lifting other women up! It’s truly a space of support, wellness, and empowerment!!
Barn Barre is the best workout 🦵 no matter your fitness level. Lacy is the most encouraging and motivating, empowering and caring individual. We absolutely love her class we been coming for over 3.5 years since my son was just out of Nicu. Coming to Barn Barre was the best decision I ever made. We go 6 days a week and love it! Barn Barre is a beautiful, professionally maintained, and incredibly well-run fitness studio in Dewinton. Lacy has established a wonderful and welcoming community and the selection of classes is very impressive. She ran an initiative during the Alberta Teachers Strike to promote teacher wellness during difficult times, which was a truly generous and much appreciated gift. Would highly recommend to friends and family, particularly if you have small children!
