Hidden gem.
I didn't stop to eat, just to buy a mug for my collection, but it seems like a wonderful little restaurant and I'll definitely stop there someday to actually enjoy a meal. Very friendly hostess and I really wanted to stop longer because it looked like such a nice place. Next time!
This was such a treat for breakfast! We have it on our radar to go back for lunch soon. The environment was cozy and super friendly, service was amazing. Not only is the food great, but the little shop with locally made craft items was a great place to check off some birthday gifts as well! The location is fantastic also. The surrounding Town Hall, Town common, and church add to the New England vibe! Do yourself a favor and drive through the beautiful Westmoreland countryside and schedule a stop at Barn and Thistle.
