I’m absolutely appalled that when my mum fell outside the surgery, had , dizziness and heart palpitations was turned away. I appreciate that appointments are necessary in general but what happened to duty of care.
Service in both barmston and the galleries is always great but the phone service is terrible. Despite having two sites there seems to only be one person on phones at any time. I rang up today and was 4th in the queue yet still took half ah hour to speak to anyone. Not only do they need more phone operators but clearly need to stop letting others take so long with their request, ask your question and make an appointment then move on. This isn’t a hotline for an idol chat.
