I wouldn’t give a single star on this one! I used to do my hygiene routine in this Clinic, but this time it was just horrible. It was so painful my treatment I felt every single minute discomfort and pain. After treatment, my gums were very sensitive. After 2 days it get worse, even have a wound please see attached photo! I’m just speechless.. £75 wasted
I had my Invisalign treatment at Smileology at Barming Dental in Maidstone about 3.5 years ago, and recently came back for a reassessment as I was a bit worried about some minor shifting in my teeth. The dentist was incredibly professional, friendly, and reassuring. They took the time to carefully assess my teeth and gave me clear, honest advice on the best next steps. The fact that I now travel 3 hours from Norfolk to have my 4 hygienist appointments a year with Jurinda and my 2 check-ups a year with Nasir I think is testament to the amazing service Barming Dental Centre offer. From the Reception Team to the Practitioners to the Dental Nurses, EVERYONE is super friendly, welcoming & 100% knowledgeable & expert in what they do. I’ll keep coming to Jurinda & Nasir until I can’t drive anymore - which I’m hoping won’t be for a long time yet!!! 5* service EVERY time.
Dr Shakeel is absolutely fantastic. He is professional, kind and gentle. Our family have been with Smileology for a few years and we have always received outstanding care. Both of my young children are anxious about dental care and Dr Shakeel has been amazing with them. They are now so much more comfortable and confident about going to the dentist. I can’t thank Dr Shakeel enough for his wonderful care!
Paul is a wonderful dentist, competent, calm, explaining all the details of the treatment. The whole team at Smileology is helpful and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience. I cannot thank them enough for the good care they provide. Thank you all ever so much.
