I know you are busy but the receptionist was so cold and rude, I'm too scared to actually come in for my appointment now
If you want to get yelled at while trying to have an objective discussion with your GP or laughed at about a physical deformity as soon as the doctor walks into the room or have to be guided to the right area by another patient instead of the unhelpful reception staff or the GP not being able to interpret a specialist letter THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
