If you want to get yelled at while trying to have an objective discussion with your GP or laughed at about a physical deformity as soon as the doctor walks into the room or have to be guided to the right area by another patient instead of the unhelpful reception staff or the GP not being able to interpret a specialist letter THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The doctors are great and you are always looked after
After several disappointing attempts to have a blood test, I fronted up today and all was done promptly and with great staff contact. Helpful and fun to talk to.I was also impressed as I watched staff deal with a difficult situation. Well done.
