Went for appointment but it had been cancelled but was not informed. No apology given. I explained to the person on reception that I needed an urgent appointment. Was told this was not possible and would have to ring up. It was only because I was persistent that I was given an appointment. Why did I have to go through that and why couldn’t I have not just been given the appointment in the first place without having to plead? I am a recently registered new patient . I must say that Luke out of all the staff has been the most helpful, patient, and connected so that he is able to understand the issue/request and follows through thoroughly until he is sure that everything has been dealt with and understood. Having been a GP myself pre retirement I am very enthusiastically feeding back that he is one in a million and the perfect fit in primary care patient facing scenarios . Thank you Luke

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the treatment my wife and I received at the reception of our GP surgery on Friday. We arrived for a scheduled appointment, only to be met by a receptionist (Blonde, mid 50's) who informed us quite abruptly and without courtesy-that the appointment had been cancelled and that we should have received a text message. Had a very lovely lady take blood, then a bike rider nurse gave me a flu jab. Blood results checked by a doctor, then conveyed to me by the delightful and helpful receptionist. Can give nothing but praise. Recently seen by Dr Barclay. Fantastic care and attention to detail. Further praise. And Nurse Hayley is excellent and kind. Marie Louise at Reception too. 2025 and Dr Cartwright saw us and could not have been more kind and helpful. This Centre is excellent. Dr Stocker is magic too.
