EDIT: the new owners/management have made contact and were very friendly and professional. A refund for a defective product from the previous owners was processed quickly. I don't usually bother leaving reviews but the poor service and unreliable communication has become so consistent that I would advise staying well away from these guys. I used to have a lot of anxiety about dental visits, but Barlow Dental has completely changed my perspective! From the moment I walked in, the team was so friendly and understanding, making me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain every step of the process and ensured I was comfortable throughout my visit. The clinic is clean and welcoming, and I truly felt I was in great hands. Additionally, most of the products they have supplied have failed and multiple attempts to have it. Rectified have been disappointing to say the least.

I had some decent gum pockets that I needed help with. The cleanings that they gave me were extremely painful because they were not using enough anaesthetic at all- an awful experience. Secondly, my gums were not healing at all because they were not cleaning them properly- I did a few sessions for no improvement whatsoever, but it cost me a ton. Ironically the specialist they referred me to did an ultra thorough clean that helped my pockets tremendously. I am now doing Dr Ellie Phillips protocol and its going good so far.
