My father passed away a little over a year ago. Barlow Bonsall made all of the necessary arrangements for our family. They treated my Dad and our entire family with class, decency, professionalism, and respect. It was a difficult time for us. We appreciate - and will never forget - how they guided us through those very sad days. Thanks to all of you, especially Shelia.
I wish I could give them negative stars. I just witnessed their personnel show up in an SUV to transport a distant family member. They wrapped the individual in the same blanket they were covered with and then dragged the body out of the house, asked for help, and then down the stairs. Then needed additional help. It was the most disrespectful and disgusting thing I have ever seen from a business establishment. I would absolutely never recommend them for anything!
