I cant speak to the quality of their work, but thats because I havent been able to get a hold of anyone to schedule an appointment. I should have known I was in trouble when I called repeatedly during business hours and got an answering machine. I dutifully left my name and number, but no one ever called me back. After a week of trying, I have given up. Unfortunately, I purchased a "car care club" thing which includes six oil changes.
