not inpressed with the customer service of the sales man when i have called several times today trying to figure out a problem with our vehicle. I have stayed inside today waiting on a call back that hasnt happened. Just very poor customer service
Bought a used Ford Ranger from them. After 30 days, I still don’t have the title, no one answers the phone and their focus seems to be on opening a new lot vs taking care of current customers.
You sold my friend a lemon car and she still hasn't received her title and now the temp tags are dead and trying to get new ones is a pain. No one will answer the phone when called. Workers are to busy playing the play station on the 60" TV then helping customers. Do Not Recommend anyone buying a car here.
