I have had only a few issues 2021 c22QC tri toon front door panel blew out driving down the freeway! They replaced with a new door the Dash cover was loose they repaired, I wish they made a travel cover ? Custom built one is 3,000.00
Update: Well took the pontoon out yesterday and it started fine and ran for 10 minutes and started shaking hard and sputtering badly.... shut it off and restated again with same result then it totally died and would never start again??? Stuck out in lake and couldn't find anyone to helps us out..... so had to swim for 2 hours to physically pull the dead boat back to the dock. Has anyone had a problem with their gas gauge? I just bought a 2022 Barletta 24ft and got stranded out on the lake this weekend. The gauge went from full to 1/2 tank after 8 hours of use. The boat quit, wouldn't start and had to have the dealer tow me in. After we got back we put 30 gallons of gas in the tank and the boat started and ran fine. My question is, does Barletta have problems with the fuel gauge? I talked to my neighbor who have a Barletta and he's having the same problem. Any help would be good?
Barletta customer service is poor and u responsive via email, company website or phone. New boat delivered with inoperable fuel gauge and now second week waiting for sending unit. Dealer has been great but at mercy of Barletta. I could not ignore the customer in my business like Barletta. Claims of high quality control and customer service are false.
I did over 6 months of researching before I decided to purchase the 2022 Barletta 20UC model and I have to say this has been nothing but a DISASTER for my family. All of Barletta's big marketing crap and this boat I purchased had NO QC at all after it was built at the factory. I have been boating for over 35 years and have NEVER seen anything like this on a brand new boat for $75,000 spent from my bank account!
