We love our electric company
I've been a loyal customer since 2008 and my family has been loyal customers since 1974. On the same property. In February I had medical issues with family to deal with and I forgot to pay my bill. When my power was shut off I understood. However, making me pay another 300 dollars for a deposit on top of the 2 months I had to pay for being delinquent was absurd to me.
