Anyone who has ever had to wait on hold forever to talk to an insurance company customer service person will love dealing with Karen instead. She is highly knowledgable, diligent and professional...plus she's extremely courteous and fast-to-respond. You can actually get her on the phone or a reply by email almost anytime. I thought this kind of customer service was gone forever, but Karen proves it can still be found. She has been my agent for about ten years and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend her to anyone.

Thanks to Karen,, Who was diligent in her quest to find the right insurance at the right price for me. And she did. I have never found an insurance agent who really gives 100% Her Service to customers Rate her #1 in my book. She gives you good choices so you can make an intelligent decision. She helps in all aspects of the field. She is very knowledgeable on many varieties of insurance. maybe that is because she has been in the business of insurance for so many years.
