The front desk employee is horrible. I didn’t meet the Vet b/c I simply came in to ask some basic questions like prices and I also asked if there was any kind of payment plan offered for active duty since this is a base facility. She looked at me like I was asking for a free treatment for our pet that I’m pretty sure is at home dying right now. What is their fear.....we won’t pay your bill? The staff is friendly and clearly has been selected for their love of animals. We all felt comfortable.

Very professional office. They scheduled us within just a few days of us calling for an appointment. They were patient and kind with our dogs. I think the people in this office genuinely care about animals, and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is taken care of properly. Thank you for all you do!
