Location is a bit out of the way, but the view & grounds are amazing. Staff are friendly and you feel you are leaving your fur baby in very good hands.
Wouldn’t leave my Labradors with anyone else - love the activities and the daily posts for us to see what fun they get up to 🩷
Wow! I cannot give enough praise for the team at Barkroyal. From the onset, their communication was second to none. Prompt, personable and no question was too much. The dogs came home happy without any issues and were obviously kindly looked after. I would not hesitate to revisit and/or recommend this company. The price you pay is worth it for the peace of mind and care given.
Love this place! They are so good, never had any issues with have our beloved dog going to stay, always comes home happy and the staff are awesome.
Recently put my 2 dogs in just over night, first time boarding I wanted to check the facilities no one offered to show us around so we asked on pickup but Trish was too busy and the helper not able to my Dachshund was so stressed, when he came out he was yelping and covered in sweat,both dogs were very thirsty we just wanted to take them home we have no idea what conditions they were kept in but not a good experience for them or us
