Our precious boy Simba recently stayed at Bark Royal for five nights. I was so anxious about leaving him, but knowing he was in such caring hands based on customer reviews gave me some comfort. When we picked him up, he was happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after. The daily photo updates really helped put our minds at ease.
My West Highland Terrier has stayed many times at Barkroyal. But, his last visit last week was nothing short of horrendous. I have a white, groomed, happy dog. He stayed for a week. I tried calling a few times to check in on him but no answer, I expected if anything was wrong they would contact me. I arrived at 8am to pickup my dog, he came out with yellow stained fur on his back legs and around his tail, I immediately asked why is his fur gone yellow and was told he had been anxious...... Bark Royal Pet Resort is exceptional. We’ve boarded our dogs here numerous times—whether for overseas trips or even an extended hospital stay—and every time, the experience has been flawless. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are clearly trained, caring, and responsive to any situation. Couldn’t recommend this fabulous family run business enough. My dogs and cat have been staying with Barkroyal for years and have always come home happy and healthy. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and friendly and really care about animals. I always feel confident about the amazing level of care my fur babies receive while staying here. Thank you.
Just had our two dogs Mooch & Gromet stay at bark royal and we couldn't be more happy with their stay. It was the first time we had left our dogs in a dog hotel and I was super stressed about it!
