I would tell everyone to NEVER, NEVER use Bark'NCall Pet Care. They were watching our dog and she got away when they were watching her at their house. I had numerous stories how she got lost and can not get a correct answer.
Susanne is the best. my dog loves it there, I don't have to worry about him..
