Staff were really sweet and cheerful - check-in was very quick and smooth. Bathrooms come with a functional spa, which was a pleasant surprise and completely unexpected! I booked a Standard Queen room. Rooms are big and well equipped, including a smart TV, but can't cast to it. AC kept making creaking noises every 10 seconds which was really disruptive to my sleep.
