Micheal Potts is a wonderful guy and has helped my brothers family get their roof back tip top shape and went above and beyond for them. Thank you, highly recommended this company.
We cannot recommend this roofing company enough! A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to Michael Potts who personally helped us through one of the most stressful parts of the process , dealing with our insurance claim. He went above and beyond from start to finish. He fought for us with the insurance company, kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question we had, and always made sure we understood what was happening. Having someone who was truly on our side made such a huge difference. His pr... read more
I had a great experience with Crystal at Barkleys Roofing. We had a few things that needed to be worked through during the process, but what really stood out was how Crystal handled everything in the end. She listened to my concerns, stayed involved, communicated with me, and made sure everything was ultimately taken care of the right way. It’s easy for a company to earn a good review when everything goes well. What matters more to me is how they respond when something needs to be corrected, and Crystal made sure Barkleys st... read more
Dealing with roof damage is usually a nightmare, but Barkleys Roofing made it remarkably easy. Michael went to bat for me with the insurance company, handled the adjuster directly, and eliminated all the stress. The entire job was completed way faster than expected, and the pricing was completely transparent from start to finish—no hidden surprises. If you hate dealing with insurance like I do, you need Michael in your corner. I won’t use anyone else. Highly recommended!
I can’t recommend Michael Potts highly enough! From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding, and his professionalism and knowledge gave me complete confidence throughout the entire roofing project. He patiently walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood exactly what to expect. One of the things I appreciated most was how he handled my insurance claim. He managed the entire process seamlessly, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly... read more
