DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER! Honestly, no stars if I could. There are minimal changes you can make during the design process. Any change you want to do that isn’t included in their packaged changes makes everyone very confused (even when it makes sense for building the house). My home is 2,900 SF and was told I would have a single 3 ton hvac unit to serve the house. I asked for that to be changed and increased to two units and was fought with for a couple months.
