Great place to live, needs more work on the look of the houses(paint), more pool maintenance, new sun bathing chairs for tanning( pretty old), bathrooms are clean,nice look, more activities for seniors, a little bit of more tlc in the reading room, place is quiet, streets are clean but sidewalks need maintenance look rusty and old(power wash asap!) Worse management ever. Manager is rude and crude and Unfriendly.. Doesn't care about the residents and their legitments complaints. There is no mainntence,despite unmany people have sold their homes because they cannot afford the extreme assessments. Worse place to live
