Daniel Kennedy represented me in a civil case. I was referred to him by my work's Employee Assistance Program. He was very attentive and came to the trial prepared. During the case he took control and showed that he paid attention to every detail I provided him including names, dates and details. I feel that choosing him was slam dunk and he definitely helped make a quick and favorable resolution. My wife and I were extremely pleased with his service and enjoyed watching him in action.
