She keeps the door locked when she schedules you for days or times she is not open to walk ins. But when you knock she doesn't "hear" or at least didn't answer the door. When you call, she doesn't pick up majority of the time. (She was expecting us, was there in office but door was locked, she wouldn't open door or pick up our calls.) Then after 3 days of repeatedly calling to see what happened and reschedule, the time she had didn't work for my teenager due to school that day so she said she'll have to call back...well 3 we... read more
