Use to be premier condo complex but had a major flood on half the building that is still not fixed. The new mgmt needs to be as responsive as the previous also. Not happy with the place these days, only front desk personnel still great.
This place is way overpriced. Location is great... have been there multiple times. Liked at a couple condos for sale and would never spend that kind of money for such an old building. Lobby is awful, water damage has had the place under construction for years on multiple floors that they can't seem to get done...and the 2 elevators sometimes take forever are dirty and dark.
