We have been coming here for a few years with 2 dogs, customer service and the quality of the grooms have decreased significantly in that time.
Absolutely disgusted with the groom my DOUBLE COATED BORDER COLLIE just received. I went in there with a PHOTO of my dog nice and trimmed and asked if I could get him trimmed like that again. Worst mistake ever. They have SHAVED him so short to the point where his coat is probably totally ruined now!
