I wanted to leave a good review. We looked at a Kia Soul. Test drove. On the way back we barely made it. We liked the car so gave them a chance to fix it. The next day they said they had a mechanic fix the issue. Test drove again without the problem. Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! The car was super clean! I’ve test drove 5 other cars at various other used car dealerships and this one was the cleanest! Morgan had the CARFAX printed and went over all the details with us. I was so thankful they had the option to purchase a warranty buying a car as is always makes me nervous but having a warranty really puts my mind at ease!
I use work for Cody and his family and I can personally say I have seen him work late hours on his vehicles and personally go over every inch of them with his mechanic to ensure everything is right about the vehicle before it goes out on his lot he and his family are some of the most honest employers I have ever worked for he cares very deeply about his customers and if there are any issues I have seen him go above and beyond to make it right. I just came here to say I saw someone online giving a negative review, and thank goodness she included the screenshots of the conversation with the owner because the way it was handled was above and beyond professional. To be willing to go that distance to keep your customers happy, even when it isn’t your problem and the customer bought the car as is, was impressive.
