Absolute joke of a Gp service. Receptionist act like bouncers for the gps . GPs ain’t got a clue what they doing. Diagnosed myself via ChatGPT and got treated abroad. After months waiting on these clowns. Even if you ring at 8am on the morning on the dot you stuck behind 7 ppl who apparently booked 2 weeks ago. So my neighbour is an elderly lady who lives on her own with no family. she required an appointment to see a doctor as and went onto to the surgery, she was told to call up thr next morning which then she asked me to call up for her. I called up at 8am in the morning to book her an appointment, so they took all thr details down with what the problem was and said they will call her back or send her an message on her phone. This is probably the worst Medical Practice/ Surgery in the District. All the Staff are Clueless and Don't get me started on the GP. Seems like they are always on a another planet. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
I wouldn’t recommend this surgery at all.The nurse there was rude and aggressive towards my mother who is disabled no one deserves to be treated disrespectfully and unfortunately this particular staff member is bringing a negative look on the whole surgery if she doesn’t like working with people she is clearly in the wrong field.☹️😔😔
