Not happy at all with the total lack of service I have received on my home insurance from Barker Weber. I realize I'm just the "little guy", but I have been a customer of this agency for over 9 years. At first it was pretty good, but has gotten very sloppy over the past 5 years or so with zero followup from my agent to make sure I received all the discounts I was supposed to get. I expected better service after I went in person and complained a few years ago, and then again last year. Absolutely nothing changed! Does anyone ... read more

My Insurance Agent, Melissa Huey is so awesome. She is always helpful and is personable and friendly. I wouldn't want anyone else taking care of me.

I have been using Barker Weber Insurance for many years and have made several claims for both auto and homeowners. Every claim I've made has been handled professionally and quick. I hear about people fighting with their insurance company to provide what they should. I never have to. Carrie has been my agent for most of my insurance needs.
