My Australian shepherd is pretty hipper. I got him from the pound and his hair was long and beautiful but very nappy. They did exactly what unwanted and he came out looking like a bran new dog. I could tell a difference in his personality. He felt a lot better! They gave a report card of his behavior and condition of coat teeth ears and eyes.
