This attorney is the most dirty dealing attorney around. Please steer clear. He is a very crooked attorney and I had to continue calling over and over for him to give me my money from the sale of my home. They tried to keep $10,000 from my home sale and kept giving me the run around of why he couldn’t pay it. Truman Barker has been the most reliable, responsive, and consistent closing attorney we have worked with in the state of NC. We do multiple closings with him every month and no matter the situation he comes across, he always has a resolution. Could not say more good things about him and his office!
Don't use. Lacks communication. Update 2/8/26 It took leaving a bad review for title to finally complete their work, but small business or not, not responding for 3 weeks after closing is very unprofessional.
