I'm going to keep this short because there is a lot of frustration at this point. I have used Truman in the past and have had zero issues with him and close on 2 properties with him. However, or the last month I have had to fire him from two jobs for no communication after multiple emails and texts requesting information. I had a off market property I was trying to move fast on and Truman took weeks to call the number I provided him and I got follow up questions for the seller asking for updates.
