Ok so it took a MONTH to get an appointment. It took an hour and 20 min for them to come tell me it’s a wheel sensor and it will take 2 hours to change. I mean by this time u could already be an hour into changing it. Ok can I have a loaner? Sorry we don’t have any. Ok I’ll sit here and wait. After 2 hours they come tell me they changed the sensor on the wrong wheel and it will be another 2 hours. I ask for a loaner again! I been here over 3 hours. Sorry we can bring u to get food but that’s it. No car for u to take. Wow the... read more
Terrible service. Not sure why they even have a service dept. Takes way too long to get things done, or fixed, and not done right the first time. Not gonna rant forever but decided will never buy or fix a Kia here again.
