Please tell me you safely train your drivers in using their devices? Your driver in a white van, #173 was driving today onto hwy 422 west bound. This was a male, bald with a mustache driving. He clearly needs to know it is not okay to drive while holding a phone to his head. This phone had a red cover & was humongous! It had to be heavy. My driver is very scary. We are driving down Route 28, and she is driving 55 mph on snow covered roads! I don't care if the speed limit is 65 the roads are bad.
Our driver this year is inconsistent with showing up and being on time. Our driver hit a deer earlier this year and the bus company never notified me. Armstrong canceled school so I made other arrangements to transport my kids and the bus shows up. Bad communication. I called to discuss and it was like no big deal.
I called them to complain about one of their drivers driving irrational and then saw that she was on the phone with a child on the school van so I left a message and never got a call back
