We Board groom and train all breeds. El Paso's oldest running dog kennel also breeds German Sheperds. We have combined experience of over 60 years dealing with all breeds and specialize in handling the dogs that other kennels won't touch. The only bad dog is an untrained dog. Come and see us.

After leaving our dog the first time with this kennel I didn't have the best of feeling owner was out of town and the front desk lady covering was beyond rude and truly didn't care for the dogs. Later we came to find out it was the owners best friend. We had since boarded twice more the second time it was alright but ace didn't seem overly happy the third time we picked up him he was completely covered in urine and smelt terrible and we had to throw away his bed. Excellent experience all the way around. Jim and Angie always go out of their way to make you and your pet feel at home. Highly recommend their kennel for boarding and also training.
I used this facility to board my German Shepherd. The owner was extremely rude. I will not go back, nor do I recommend this kennel.
Although there are other boarders closer to my west side residence I prefer to take a drive and take my dog to Barkerhaus. The holidays are a crazy time for my family and leaving my pet with Barkerhaus is just one thing I don't have to worry about. They've always taken care of our dogs like they were their own and are as happy to see them as our dogs are to be there. Highly recommend the Christmas stocking! A treat every day - what could be better??
