Highly recommend going anywhere else to have your car assessed and “fixed” unless you’re okay with being taken advantage of and lied to consistently. It is incredibly apparent that they prey on young women. You’ll hear different ”explanations” from techs and managers because they can’t keep their story straight and will charge you as much as they can get away with. Absolutely disgusting behavior across the board. Save your time and your wallet and avoid this place.
They did a great job getting our 05 Cadilac repaired in a timely manner. They let us know the estimated expenses and line by line explained each item and cost. Very professional, we will return when the car needs servicing or repairs.
I would give zero stars if applicable I’ve been trying to get my V sport serviced for months now and no one returns my communications. These people should not represent Cadillac
