I scheduled an appointment through the GMC app (as heavily promoted by GMC through sales, posters, and phone messages) for an oil change and multipoint inspection. My confirmed appointment was for 8:00 AM, and I arrived early at 7:45 AM. Upon arrival, the service advisor could not locate my appointment in the system, even after I showed her the confirmation within the app. She advised to never book an appointment online or through the app, as there are always reoccurring issues.
