This has got to be THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with. For years their garbage pickup has just skipped over our entire road. One time they didn't pick up our garbage for 3 weeks. When you call they say sorry but never come get the garbage, you just get sorry. One time when I called I got a mom with a baby working from home and she gave me a couple dollar credit on the next quarter's bill. All the other times there was not even an attempt to make it right. Terrible service over the phone. They use a call service and no one knows what the last person told you. Be sure to write everything down. Dates time and service representatives name or job code.
They have gotten ridiculous with their service. Since December they have managed 2 on time trash pick ups. Time to find a new service provider, tired of seeing the overflowing trash can at the end of the driveway.
