I was parked on the edge of their lot for 5 minutes just picking up my vehicle from a neighboring business that was full. No vehicles in the 5 spots next to me and 80% of their lot was unoccupied. Someone who I can assume was the owner adamantly asserted their parking was only for their customers under any circumstances. No arguments with that policy, but based on the way the representative behaved, I can understand why their lot is always empty. When I need services they provide, I'll be sure to avoid them!
