Jayne was exceeding dismissive and rude on the phone (then hung up) during an attempt to make an appointment. Apparently she has enough customers- allowing her to behave dementedly. Don’t waste your time
Jayne has taken care of our dog for over a year. She is Absolutley wondeful. Takes care of our furr baby like it's her own!!!!!
Jayne was extremely rude and unprofessional. I just called to ask some questions and she was just so rude. And she needs to take Tracey off of the website because she no longer is grooming.
Jayne is great and she always comes on time. Does a nice job.
Hard pass on this one. Woman was extremely rude and literally returns calls “whenever I feel like it” which is unacceptable in my opinion. I should of known by the other reviews.
