Saw Dr. Barke today because I couldn’t get in to see my regular provider — Dr. Hong — who I’ve seen for probably 20 years. Dr. Barke was rude and condescending. Acted as if I should expect my eyes to be dry because I have Sjogren’s. Didn’t want to understand or hear that if it were my typical dry eye symptoms I wouldn’t have been in the office for a bn problem visit. I’ll be back to see Dr. Hong but never again Dr. Barke. The nurse was his only saving grace — she gave me samples and a coupon for the prescription.
Dr. Barke is condescending and does nothing to explain anything to patient. He is not worth seeing and if you require a conversation with him, forget it. He has already left the room.
Dr. Barke was rude and disrespectful to my 80 year old mom. Spoke with a condescending tone. I would not leave him alone with any elderly patients. Now she is hesitant to go to any one for her eye problem.
Very professional people and Doctors. Best in the state of Texas
