For the sake of assessment accuracy, I am a life long, recreationally active 76 year old male, biking, hiking, gym rat. Terrible Welcoming! I called trying to make an appointment and when I sent my insurance card whcih in every single chiropractor i went to the co-pay was $15, I was told that my insurance covers only "the first two minutes" leaving me paying out of pocket more than $70 !! What a scam is this ! If you don't want to accept certain insurances ( and mine is through goverment by the way) just say that. Or if you don't want to see new pateints, just say that. Really disappointing..
A bit of my journey... Mid 2023 I developed some fairly severe spinal issues. One of them was a compressed nerve in my back that would send horrible pain from my low back to the bottom of my foot. This limited me in so many ways. I went to the orthopedic surgeon and they wanted to do a spinal injection. Very Shady clinic. I was charged $50 for booking an appointment. Just for booking an appointment. Money was taken out electronically. Then I was called after the money was taken out, saying that my insurance only covers 2 minutes of the appointment and an average appointment is 15 minutes. To cover the rest of the appointment they would have to charge me an additional $80. I called my insurance after this asked if this was true.
