Very happy w/ our long time groomer, B & S
Terrible experience and extremely condensing. New.to area and made a appointment for my three dog almost a month out . I wrote the time and date on the calendar while I was on the phone with the gal. I also put it in my phone calendar . I showed up at.8:16 for my.830 appointment to be turned away because I was late she said over 15 minutes so I needed to reschedule. We actually do our appointments on the hour. again, I'm sorry that you weren't happy with your experience but unfortunately when you're not on time for your appointment it puts us behind on the other punctual customers. We are very busy salon and booked solid so it's imperative that our clients make it on time to their appointment especially with multiple animals

Absolutely!! Both dogs have very different needs and they listen and give me exactly what I want and what the dogs need every time!!
They are very professional and put up with my 100lb rottweiler who is a bit obnoxious! We miss them and can't wait for Hansel to go back!
