Suffice to say that after two years of forgiving and forgetting I will never bring my dog here again. Can’t forgive this issue. Owner spends more time apologizing than fixing issues. I see that Charles responded below. Charles says he attempted to resolve issues, however, never followed up with promised reimbursements incurred and never even credited us for the bath lol. Needless to say this situation has not been resolved. It will be though.

I booked an appointment for my dog to be groomed at Bark Place for Tuesday that I never received confirmation of. I called the day before to make sure they had my appointment; couldn't get through and left a voicemail that was never returned. They texted me less than an hour before the appointment to cancel because the groomer was out sick with the flu. OK, fine, I understand that happens. We have two Shih Tzus, about 7 months old. We took Gabriella to another groomer. After some time, he called and said she was too much trouble and I needed to come pick her up. When I got there, she was shaking in fear and her haircut was a mess. She was buzzed short but the cut was uneven and her feet weren't done and her ears were scraggly and it was just bad. This is the best groomer we’ve ever been to. They’re so easy to communicate with over text and they do an unbelievable job. My pup has never looked cuter. And it’s insanely funny they give them blueberry facials! We will never go to any other groomer!
