Every single time I’ve tried going here over the past month they’ve been boarded up. To be honest, even before they seemingly closed they never answered the phone or replied to an email, and at least one employee never seemed to know how to check us in or out, he always seemed lost and it took upwards of 15 minutes at least on two occasions for us to check out. I had an appointment today, I showed up and they were closed. There was a sign in the window saying they were temporarily closed and to call a number for info. That phone number is out of service. No information on their website, no phone call to cancel the appointment, nothing. Juliana is a wonderful groomer so if I can figure out where she's working next I'll probably follow her, but this is unacceptable.

Charles, I have still been trying to reach you for WEEKS now about the refund that you said multiple times you would provide after our terrible experience we had at your place. Please respond back as the manager to address the situation. It has been weeks with no getting a hold of you. Please do the right thing and provide the refund you said you put through weeks ago.
