The employees could not of been nicer. They were professional, knowledgeable and kind. They were helpful but not too helpful. I like to browse when I go to a new place & do not want a salesperson breathing down my neck pressuring me. However, want help when I need it and I don’t want to HUNT someone down. Here they know how to balance that without difficulty. It’s a large store so you great variety and the store is very clean. If you haven’t been and you have pets I definitely would check them out. Raul is an absolute gem – this store is Disneyland for dogs and their owners! Hollywood Feed on Burnet Road is hands down the best pet store in Austin. Raul runs the most upbeat, welcoming shop I've ever visited – he genuinely cares about every single person and pet that walks through the door and his enthusiasm and passion are completely contagious.
