there's NO WAY this place has 4.8 stars. They are so difficult to deal with. The have ridiculous requirements. My dog had a temperment test not even a year ago. and because he hasn't been there, he needs another? he's 8. not a puppy. and so the very young girl tells me that I can have an 11am for temperament and 12 for daycare but I have to send over his updated vaccines. which I did. at 6pm. they close at 8. never heard back from her, no email. Needless to say, BarkLife came recommended. Decided I would stop in and make my reservation for my dog to be boarded. I delt with Hannah who was very helpful, she gave me a quick tour as to how the setup was, I was please and excited about finding the perfect spot with 24hr supervision. To add to what I thought would be the most comfortable for my dog, I purchased the penthouse..his own room, bed, TV and I'd be able to see him. Ellie was a great in helping me to understand the products offered to what I’m trying to achieve with our new dog. It is nice to have someone really knowledgeable about what they offer.
Staff is always helpful and plenty of product selection
