I would give zero if I could.... It is rat and mice infested.... There's a back room which is essentially the clearance section, you walk in there and there's an overpowering smell of urine. There were rat in mice droppings everywhere. When brought to the attention of the sales clerk she stated that other people had complained... And yet nothing was is done!!!!! THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING (ESPECIALLY DOG FOOD) FROM BARK LIFE!!!!! HEALTH CONCERNS.

Lost my business, if only I could give less than 1 star. Evidently their groomers make their own hours, yet the store has two people at the front desk and two people at the groomers counter, but no groomer. I was a walk-in for a nail trim. Traffic getting there stinks, I do not live close. Loading and unloading two dogs in the summer heat takes effort. And like 90% of everybody else, I work full time, Mon - Fri, long hours and cannot make it on any other day than a weekend. So now the policy is call before coming because who... read more
