I’ve brought my golden retriever to Bark Life multiple times before, so I was extremely disappointed with how this appointment was handled, especially by Brooklyn and the staff. I originally booked his grooming appointment online for 9:00 AM. The next day, I received a call saying I needed updated vaccination records, which confused me because this was a grooming appointment, not boarding. I would give zero if I could.... It is rat and mice infested.... There's a back room which is essentially the clearance section, you walk in there and there's an overpowering smell of urine. There were rat in mice droppings everywhere. When brought to the attention of the sales clerk she stated that other people had complained... And yet nothing was is done!!!!! THIS IS A HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING (ESPECIALLY DOG FOOD) FROM BARK LIFE!!!!! HEALTH CONCERNS.
